    Hi Roy,

    Do you mean the file is saved as 2003 version. I save it as older version as I have another PC with old version but I'm starting to work with 2007 now and slowly phase in.

    I have used the example =AND($F$1=1,$F$2=2) found from the link but my whole column just turned red.

    What did I do wrongly?
