Figuring out a formula to do the math is the key and I have to say that I don't know where to start with this one...sorry. Maybe some sort of looping formula or Do until that keeps going until all of the matches have been made?

Thanks for your time,last night I come across a website which has the combinations, the only thing needed
now is finding Vb code to distribute combination to 17 meeting and 25 days.the website link is;
