Having more than one word but breaking it into two columns in same column

Basically I've set up the attached spreadsheet using Excel 2007.

What I'm looking to do is where it says "Unit Cost" right along to "Gross Profit" is having the headings in the same column but like one on top of the other (if you understand what I mean?)

    If I understand you correctly...

    select A2 to G2 and hit CTRL+H

In the Find What field enter a space (with the spacebar)

In the Replace With field, hold the ALT key down and type 010 with the numberpad of the keyboard.

    Then click Ok.

Now format the cells (CTRL+1) and in the Alignment tab select Wrap text
Where there is a will there are many ways.
