    overlapping conditional formatting

    Good Morning,

I was just enquiring as to whether it's possible to overlap conditional formatting on the same cell?

Obviously not the same type (i.e. fill colour). One cell condition would be fill, and the other border?

Attached is a screenshot of my calendar I use at work.

Legend: Green are RDO's, Blue is Public Holidays & Purple is Annual Leave. The orange is pay day for the month, however on the instance pay day falls on either one of these days the first option stays, and consequently the second does not show. Defeating the purpose of a visual enhancement.

My query is, is there a way to change the conditional format so that if pay day was a border, and it clashed with an RDO on the same day - it would fill the cell with the appropriate colour, and apply the border as well?
