possible to use SUMIFS, INDEX, MATCH across 2 rows?

    Hi,

I'm trying to put in a function using SUMIFS, INDEX and MATCH, and I want to look for criteria across 2 rows (before, I was having it work across 1 row).

I've put the sanitized file here for reference, but is there a way to match for both the Type (either 1,2,3 or A,B,C,D,E) AND the Operation (1,2,3)?

I've attached the file here, with the function I'm trying to use and the results as they should be.

If anyone has any advice about how to best do this, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!

I don't know how you got the numbers you have... but also you should re-organize a bit.

See attached... and if numbers are wrong, tell me why.
