Compare Values and then display Up or Down Arrow

Hi, i have a spreadsheet that shows Weekly and Monthly Data for Queues. What i would like to do is create a dashboard that will allow you to view a queue and view the current monthly and previous months figures and have an arrow to show whether figures have gone up or down.

I am not too sure how to do this, so if somebody can help, would appreciate it.
