Adding a Goal Line in Pivot Bar Graph

I'm wondering how can i add a goal line representation in my bar graph in pivot chart.

My bar graph represents month and percentages of 2 categories.

I was able to put a line by adding the goal category in the data series. But, how do i extend the line to the end?
