Paste every "x" cells, for "y" times

    Hello,
I want to copy a large group of cells, and paste this "box" 100
times vertically. In addition, i want these boxes with a 5 rows gap between them.
Maybe that can't be automated somehow, but its about 200 clicks if i do this manually..
Is there a way to do this with a few clicks?
    Thank you!

is only about 7 copy pastes
    select your grid +5 rows
copy paste once = 2 lots
select all copy paste 4 lots
then 8 then 16 then 32 then 64 then 128 delete the ones you dont want
