Macro to Copy/Paste Data from Reference Sheet

Hello all,

I am trying to find a macro that will copy the exact layout, groupings, Text color, etc from sheet 3 to sheet one when the code type is selected from the drop down menu on sheet 1.

I have two types of codes "How Malfuntioned Codes" and "Work Unit Codes" that are numerous so I grouped them in sheet 3 for easier navigation. Now I want to be able to reference those and keep the grouping when selected in the drop down menu on sheet 1.

I know this needs to be a macro I just don't know enough to write it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
