How to stay logged into a website when importing data

When I import data into excel, how do I stay signed into the website so when I open up excel again and refresh the data, it doesn't give me an error? For example, I am running a basketball pool online and I like to import the roster into excel. I refresh the data and excel will update itself, so I can compare the online roster with my own but I usually have to edit query and sign back into the website. Is there a way to stay signed in? Thanks.

there is no way to keep you logged in but if you go to properties and change the refresh to every 1 min should help.
