Refreshing Daily Stock Values Upon Opening Workbook

Hello all,

I have a mock portfolio that I am working on (attached). I want the stock prices to refresh from its external location upon opening the workbook. Currently, when I highlight the cells that require refreshing (A5:B12 for example), it refreshes the entire work book, including statistics in all of the other worksheets. This causes my beta values to show up as errors, which is what I do not want.

How can I make it so just the basic stock information refreshes once I open the workbook, or when I want to it to happen, without everything totally refreshing?
