in Excel 2003 I added a button to the tool bar that allowed all filters to be cleared of criteria (Show all data) and it had a shortcut key of Alt-A.
I'd like to know how to accomplish that in excel 2010. Thanks in advance for your help.

I am not sure if that is different from what I suggested as being already there in the ribbon...
It is not different, only removes the fraction of a second to click on a different tab (if you're not already on the data tab).![]()
