Rounded Numbers Not Equal

Hello,
Can somebody help me with formatting decimals? I use the number format in Excel to format decimals with 5 places. When I round them down to 4 places and attempt to find the equal sums, some are not recognized.

Example:
A1: 1.34458 = Rounded 1.3460
B1: 1.34460 = Rounded 1.3460
C1: =A1<=B1 (Not equal using number format.)
