Ranking based on two columns

I want to rank the players based on their points and then on their averages.


Ranking result required in Column E of the attached sheet.

Any two or more teams have same number of points but their averages hardly can be the same. so first ranking should be based on points and then on averages i.e. means if the points are same then rank to be assigned on average basis.
