Advanced filter- Not equal to

Hi,
I'm trying to add multiple criterias to my advanced filter, and as soon as I add another "ship to" criteria, the filter does nothing.

See attached file in second post ( i can't edit my first post's attahcment)

Here's my criteria matrix:

Interco ShipTo
Interco Sales <>1925*
Interco Sales <>2392*
External Sales


So that second interco sales criteria ruins the filter...

Anyone can help?
