Automatic counting of days left in week

I can count weeks in my document, and it automatically updates when "whole" weeks have been completed.

I'm looking to count remaining days within the last week and automatically update instead of manual input when a new week starts.

As in the attached sample there are 3 complete weeks, the fourth week I have 3 days inputted leaving 4 days left to complete the week.
