In sheet A
I have in column A
Jan - 15
Feb - 34
Jan - 30
Oct - 20
Feb - 12
Dec - 21

In colum B, I have a number if front of each of these values

In Sheet B
I have in column A
Jan
Feb
Oct
Dec

I want to have in this sheet, in column B, the sum of Sheet A column B, only if the first letters of A1 (in sheet A) matches A1 (in sheet B)

Is this a sumif formula I have to use?
