Conditional Drop-down menus

I found this thread this morning, and I'm starting this post just in case the "[SOLVED]" in the original post is turning people away from reading it. A little background first: I am trying to make order forms for paintings that I've recently finished. There are three portraits that are 9x12 and two that are 12x12, obviously prices change with size, but let's not get ahead of myself. I have set up the data validation to recognize the sizes "9x12", "12x12", and "other" but I cannot get the corresponding painting names to match up to the sizes. I've tried every type of "INDIRECT" command I came across and still cannot get it to work! I uploaded a document to show what my issues are and hopefully someone will be able to help!

Try:

=INDIRECT("_"&$B$23)


You can't have named ranges beginning with a number so Excel puts an underscore in front of it.
