Create Bubble Chart ...

Hi, I was looking to display products with their name, price and rating in a chart. While x = rating, y = price and size (radius of bubble) = another rating. I wanted the name of the product to be in or around the bubble. Now I've tried it in my xls 2003, but was not able to find out how this is to be setup right.
If someone knows and can gimmi a hand would be cool.

By this chance I have 2 more questions :
1) Can I combine multiple labels ? http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/2981/bubbely.jpg
2) Do you have a dynamic coloring (color range between 2 colors or so) in your vast chart technique arsenal which I can use to auto-color bubbles depending on their reasonability-factor ??
