Ok, I think i already know the answer to this but i thought i would ask just incase.

Yesterday i opened a Excel document straight from IE (this site) it asked if i wanted to save or open, i choose open. It opened the excel document in excel and i worked from it. At the end of the day i simply pressed save and then exited Excel.. Now the Document is knowhere to be seen!

I have looked in my temp folder and the Excel recent documents.. but nothing.. is my work lost forever?
