Nested IF statement and line graph.

Hello everyone. I have a dilemma, and I'm sure if I knew more excel then I wouldn't be in this predicament. Regardless, I'm happy there's a forum which may have a solution for my problem.

I have a lot of nearly identical powerpoint line graphs which plot the average customer satisfaction scores over the course of 12 months, on a monthly basis. The data set for each graph (1 question response) looks something like this :

Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec
    Combined 8.2 8.8 8.3 8.7 8.4 8.6 8.4 8.2 9 8.2 8.6 8.4
    Kant 7.5 8.7 8.2 8.6 7.8 8.3 8.3 8.2 8.8 8.1 9.2 8
    MarCorp 8.7 8.9 8.7 9 8.9 8.8 8.5 8.1 9.2 8.3 8.1 8.9

    Easy so far.

I would like to AUTOMATE how the cell data shown above is input. Right now I am going into a separate excel sheet (sample attached) which lists individual client satisfaction per question.

I have to go and use smart filter to filter the month column by month, and also the KVM column by Kant (="KH" or "MB") vs MarCorp (="MarCorp"). Then I use a formula to calculate the month's average. Rinse and repeat.

Any help from a pro? Sorry if this is so obscure, I am glad to provide more input.
