students position in exams

Dear fellows!

I have made a students result sheet and here I want to assign there position (i.e "1st", 2nd" etc) automatically by excel formula on the basis of their percentage. kindly see the attached file to get the more clear picture of my need.

Couldn't you "Data Sort" column L and then they would be in position.
