Excel Find and Replace for Dates

Hello,
I included a dummy wkbk, but I am trying to find a way for Excel's find and replace feature to change some cells formatted as dates from one year to the next year without having to manually re-enter the dates. I can't use the dragging method after putting in a formula because there is text after a certain number of cells that throws the formula off. I was able to use the find and replace feature to change the text dates but not the formatted formula dates. See workbook for better understanding. Thnx.
