Between Function

I am having trouble with "Between".

Basically I want a formula to say If A1 is between 0 and 50 then 1, if A1 is between 51 and 100 then 2, if A1 is between 101 and 150 then 3 ect... The ranges aren't important. I can rewite the formula with the numbers I need. I just haven't naild it down yet. I was trying to use =if(and( formulas, but no luck.
