    Grouping dates over two weeks...

    Hello,

I have kind of an odd range of dates I'd like to try and group -- our pay period is from Friday to Thursday -- say 12/10/2010 through 12/16/2010 -- and I'd like to have days within this range display as the last day of the pay period, 12/16/2010...

In the past I've used an INT funtion with a WEEKNUM function to get the date instead of the week number; but since this range is over 2 week numbers, i'm not sure if it's possible to group.

    Thank you for your help!

This formula will give the date of the next Thursday following any given date in A1:

There might be a slicker way to do this with modulo arithmetic but this works just fine.
