I am trying to see if is possible to enter data on a form and save the data to a second page in the same workbook. I need this to create a new entry each time the form is filled in.

    Re: Form to spreadsheet

There is a Form available from the Data menu. It is still available in Excel 2007 but you have to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar.

Otherwise you can create a form in VBA
