result to be based upon range of payroll

Hello, I'm a nubbie searching for help. My dilema: I need to assign a premium based upon where the annual payroll falls within a range.

Total payroll is ____________ Cell D15 (this cell will be filled in by data from other parts of my spreadsheet . It will be a specific figure)

If T.P. is <$100,001 then the premium will be _$1,000___ Cell K15 (this is the only cell that will contain the premium. So there can be only 1 formula not 3 formulas in 3 different cells

    If T.P. is >$100,000 and < $150,001 premium will be $1,500

    If T.P. is > $150,000 premium will be $2,000

    any help is appreciated.

    Premium defined by:

    =IF(D15<100000,1000,IF(D15>150000,2000,1500))
