Filtering from one tab to the next....

Hey everyone, first time poster here.

I'll describe what I'm trying to do in as much detail as I can, I'm sure their is a way to do this... but my excel magic is not yet strong enough.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

So I have one excel tab called INPUT
With in that tab Column A contains a list of names, Column contains a note written about each name.

I have a second excel tab called OUTPUT
In this output tab I want to repeat all of the information that is in the Input tab unless the name in column A is Frank or John (or any subset of names that I enter).
If Column A contains any of those names that I have called out, I don't want the name OR the information in Column B to show up on the output tab.

Did this write up make sense? If so, any ideas how I can do this?

    Thanks!

OK so I figured it out by myself, kinda.
I'm using the following on the second sheet
    =Filter('Project Feedback'!A:AH,'Project Feedback'!D:D<>"Matt")

The one issue I have now is that I want to exclude Matt, and Sheri, and Chuck... how do I do that? Just seperating them by commas does not seem to work
