    count with two conditions

    Hi,

I need a formula giving me the number of canceled bills per each client.

    Example:

    Column A: client name
Column B: "P" or "C" (bill is pending or canceled)

at the bottom of bills' list I need to know the number of bills canceled per each client

    Please see dummy file attached.

    thank you very much.

Is that something you can work with?
