Excel 2007 can't open xls file

Hello,

I have problem with opening xls file. Until previous week has work all correctly, but now my Excel 2007 can't open one xls file(this file was created in Excel 2003). I can open this file from many computers with installed Excel 2003, but my 2007 crashes at opening. Is there some problem with compatibility between 2003 and 2007? Curious fact is, that I have no problems with other xls files(which was created with 2003, or other versions of Excel).
