    I think you're going to need to provide a little more detail. Duplicates in what respect?

    Please upload a sample workbook and explain the before and after scenario.

    In addition to the article linked to above, which applies to Excel 2002 and 2003, and seeing that you are using Excel 2007, you could click the Data ribbon and then the "Remove Duplicates" button.

    Tick the respective check boxes and click OK.

    If you are indeed on Excel 2007, please update your profile to reflect this. There are so many different ways to achieve things in the Excel versions out there, that it is really helpful to know what Excel version you are using. If you put it in your profile, you don't have to type it in each post. Since you just joined, I guess you did not pay attention to the option in the registration dialog. Please correct that now.
