Excel Formula - Analysis

The dilemma that I have is that I would like to know if an excel formula exists to perform the following function:

In the attachment, I would like to compare the properties with yes in the Z column (selected) in prelim analysis verse the next tab, HO queried properties?

It would be great if the properties in HO queried properties were matched against prelim analysis, and the additional properties that were sourced in prelim analysis, were put in the HMC queried tab.

So in summary, the properties in prelim analysis marked Y, less the properties in HO queried properties are to be in HMC queried properties
