    Security warning

I have received an Excel 2003 workbook by email from a trusted source. When I open it in Excel 2007, it opens fine but there is a "Security Warning", and I am told that Macros and Links have been disabled. I found that it had 4 simple print macros which I deleted. After trying a number of alternatives, I then selected all sheets and all cells in the entire workbook, and ran GoTo Special, selected all dependent cells and deleted those cells, so that there are no dependent cells (or formulas) in the entire workbook.

I then saved, closed and reopenned the workbook, and again get the same security warnings. I want to deliver this workbook to others, but want to get rid of the security warnings (hopefully without deleting the content of the workbook!)?

    Thanks
