    Rounding

I am trying to have the attached worksheet foot.
For instance, January totals 48 with excel formula, but if added up by calculator, it is 47.

I know this is a rounding issue, but can I get around it somehow so if anyone is viewing this sheet it doesn't appear as an adding error?

    Re: Rounding

Your number are all formatted as Number with 0 decimals so they appear as whole numbers.

If you want to sum the whole numbers, then try:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(ROUND(C42:C47,0)))
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Re: Rounding

If you use this formula in C42 copied down

    =ROUND(B42*C$41,0)

then the sum will be 47.....

    Re: Rounding

The formula in C42 should be:

    =ROUND($B42*C$41,0)

Enter that, then copy the cell downward and across for the correct answers.
