generating cells from a drop down menu

hi guys

in cell h4 i have a drop down list
which have
5-7 weeks
6-8 weeks
and so on

in cell h12 i would like it to return the first number prio to the hypen
and in h13 i would like it to return the nuber after th hyphen.

if some one could help it would be much appreciated

H13:
=(0&REPLACE(LEFT(H4,FIND(" ",H4&" ")-1),1,FIND("-",H4&"-"),""))+0
