    condition formula after 1 week word become red

    i need a condition formula that will automatic change the date to red colour when it over 1 week, example today is 22/11/10, if the cell have date 15/11/10 and below will become red colour.

    Hi,

    Use the 'formula is' option in conditional formatting and enter

    =TODAY()-A1>=7
    and set the pattern colour to red.

    if the cell already have the date and conditional format have not put in yet, can i paste the conditional format into the cell only without change the date ?

    How can you apply it to other cells without it pointing back to the original cell?

    Use relative references in the formula (instead of absolute references).
