    Re-format spreadsheet filter

In the attached spreadsheet the format of cells was developed too early and I do not know how to get the filter to display all the merged rows associated with an activity. When the filters are used, only the first row of an activity is displayed.

In my working document I have 250 activities with associated aspects, impacts, etc.

The reason for not merging the rows of an activity within columns I, J and N was to delineate the separate measures/methods.

    1. Is there a way to format the filter to display multiple rows when some of the cells have been merged?

    2. Can the entire register be reformatted to have all rows within an activity merged and still contain all the text from the individual rows of the activity rather than only the upper-left most data?

    Thanks you.
