Exclamation How do I retrieve a value, when two variables are true?

For reference I have attached an excel sheet so you can view what I am trying to accomplish...

But I have a row at the top of the page (Row 5) that has Identifies what Line I am referring to (there are 20+ lines) and 200+ Sku's per line, but each Line is divided into 3 columns with different information, SKU, Location, Zone. Most Lines are set up identical;however, not all of the lines are the same, therefore, if given the Line and the SKU, how can I get the Location and the Zone?
For example if you look at lines 51-64 the first SKU is 65054 and its location is 12-01A; however, if you look at Line 65 as I highlighted SKU 65054 location is 10-01A. How do I return this value?

    64 65
Location SKU Zone Location SKU Zone
    10-01C 20888 1 10-01A 65054 1
    12-01A 65054 1 10-01B 65006 1
    12-01B 65006 1 10-01C 65055 1
    12-01C 65055 1 10-03A 65005 1
    12-03A 65005 1 10-03B 65046 1
    12-03B 65046 1 10-03C 65044 1
    12-03C 999210 1 10-05A 65043 1

I was trying to use index match, but because of the amount of Lines, I am not sure how to do this, any other thoughts? Sorry my small illustration is not clear, use the attachment for better clarity.

I think I am having problems because the Line is "merged & centered" within 3 cells, but I am not sure.
