HELP - Stats spreadsheet

i all ,

I am trying to source a spreadsheet that compiles weekly Stats - then generates monthly stats for a call centre on another sheet we have 20 staff, and mostly our stats are based on calls we receive, interactions logged on system, time on queue that kinda thing and individual stats per employee anyway we have up 14 items per staff member that contribute to our stats, what im seeking is a weekly spreadsheet that tallys monthly scores that carried across to a Monthly sheet, after being entered weekly - with graphs !!!! omg Im struggling on this one my excel skills are very basic - the boss also wants compatibles with the info provided !! Can someone please help me with this one lol
