Excel 2007 : Tons of data, trying to make copy and paste faster

I have tons of data and im manually copying and pasting everything. I was wondering if anyone can help. Heres what I am trying to do or am doing and trying to speed it up.

I have in columns, a, b, c, d, e, f. In column B, i have Numbers and then underneath it a name. Once I get to the name in column B i have to copy the adjacent cells C & D, and I do a D9&" "E9 formula. THen I copy and paste special in columns. Then I start again in column B because the name is always chaning.

Anyone now of an easier way, I have about 250,000 rows i need to do manually, its soo boring.
