create an order report

I need helping making a macro. I sell books on amazon and track the books I sell. The order report lists titles sold by date and the quantity ordered for each sale. The report once I format it lists sales daily and alpabetically by title with the quantity sold per order. I need help combining the books with the total number sold on one line instead of having like multiple lines of the same titles. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i hope a pivot table will solve your issue.

keep the presenta table as it is. click on a cell ant go to insert--> pivot tables.

and arrange the pivot table as you need. Put name of the book as the row labels. then as column lables put either the cost, number of books etc.
