Placing a list of ranged numbers

I have a list of ranged numbers from 9 through 13 in column C and 2 columns ( A, B) of related information I want to pickup a particular number or numbers range including the related information (let's say only 11 and 13) and place on another worksheet.

Sample:

A B C

3 009 9
8 190 10
7 092 11
3 119 11
7 129 12
7 039 12
5 409 13
2 139 13

I want to pick up just all information from column C - 11 and 13 on another worksheet

Final sample:

A B C

7 092 11
3 119 11
5 409 13
2 139 13

I thinking its an array but just drawing a blank on this.
