sumif question

Hi all,
I'm trying to write a sumif formula. i want to sum the values from h6:h25 ONLY if the right 2 characters in b6:b25 <> ".2".
this is what i've come up with, but it doesn't work

there's nothing in col b!!!!!!

Do you mean column D?

Try using a wildcard like this

=SUMIF(D3:D17,"<>*.2",J3:J17)
