    Conditional formatting question

Hi all, 1st time poster here, have a quick question on conditional formatting:

I have two data tables (sensitivity tables for a finance model)

Basically they are both the same dimension say 4 by 4, in the 1st table I conditional format for any cell greater than one to shade a certain color and that works. For the 2nd table, I'd like it to shade the mirrored location based on the same condition, is that possible? I.e. if the 1st cell in the 1st table is shaded, I'd like it to get shaded as well. Thanks.

EDIT - should say that I cannot use the same greater than 1 rule in the 2nd table because it shows a different metric independent metric. Thanks
