Line graph data series help needed!

Sorry for the vague title - I have no idea what to call this thread!

I am trying to put a lot of data from a car race into a line graph, but sadly the data which is published by the racing authority isn't very clear. I have imported it into Excel 2007, but when I try to make the line graph I have no idea what to do to get the series' correct.

To explain that data - each of those numbers in the middle is the number of a race car - for example car number 5 was in 1st position throughout every single one of the 10 laps, whereas car number 8 was in 4th up until lap 7 when he jumped to 3rd.

I would like to put this into a line graph so that I can track each cars' progress throughout the race. Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
