Excel - copy formula in master sheet referencing 100 other worksheets

    Hello,

This is my first ever forum post so be gentle with me! I can use Excel but am by no means an expert.
What I am doing is creating a master worksheet which lists all the different building projects my company has been involved with. The master worksheet contains lots of formulas including long nested IF functions to retrieve the relevant info from the first worksheet '001'. Now I want to copy the formulas (which I normally do using Ctrl D) so they reference the other worksheets, i.e. 002, 003, 004 etc etc..

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    Many thanks indeed,

    Justin

    2 counter questions:

what is it you need to see on the mastersheet ?
and how do they other worksheets calculate the info you need to retrieve ?

it might be usefull to make a small sample workbook of this too
(no need to exceed 4 sheets just some of the work you use)

Hi dikkebeer1, thank you for replying. I have tried to attach what I am working on which I hope makes sense. I am keen to hear your thoughts.
