Hi Guys,

Can anyone help me, I am using Conditional formatting to help me Identify data in a colum the formula I am using is =COUNTIF($B$2:$B$10524,B1) =3 but this only identifies when the data is equal to 3 entries I actually need to Identify 3 and more, can anyone suggest what I change in the formula.
