Counting Numbe Of words

Hello I have a large text file and want to count the number of times each word appears. I have imported the data, using spacing as my deliminator, which more or less worked. Does anyone know a way that I could program it to count the number of times each word appears? Thanks

If you're saying each word appears in a separate cell then a COUNTIF should suffice:

If the cells are not quite single words you will need to introduce Wildcards into the COUNTIF or possibly revert to SUMPRODUCT pending (in)consistency of delimiters within the multi word cells.
