    Conditional Formatting Colors not working

Im trying to format cells based on thier value. They are in same column right below each other Thier are two cells: one cell value "=f8" (refrences another cell) other cell value "=f28" (refrences a diff cell). I'm tryign to apply three formatting rules to the two cells that make those refrences. 1. if greater than cell below green, if less than cell below red, if equal too the cell below (that refrences another cell) yellow. The greater than and less than formatting rules wwork but not the equal too formatting rule. Any suggestions... this form has been great help to me. Thanks in advance!

Re: Conditional Formatting Colors not working

    Hi again, Rob.

After selecting cell E4, the three conditions you should be using are:

    =E4<E5

    =E4=E5

    =E4>E5

If one of them isn't working, like the equal condition, then perhaps the two numbers aren't perfectly equal? (e.g. formatting isn't showing all decimals, one is text the other is a number, etc.)
