    Calculating YTD Sales

I've attached a small portion of my spreadsheet. I'm trying to figure out how to add everything on the left (current month) to everything on the right (YTD Sales) while maintaining my formulas on the right. This is also something that I will be doing every month on the same spreadsheet, so the YTD Sales can't just point to the current month sales.

I've got hundreds of places I need to do this to on the full spreadsheet. So some kind method is a necessity.

Can anyone help me with this?

Updated the attachment. It was showing only hard numbers and no formulas for some reason.

    Hi,

You need a third area to hold the YTD Values as at last month.Copy the L:U columns and paste them to V:AE as values

Now for instance L3 can be a formula =V3+B3. Do the same for N3 and R3.
Every month you'll need to remember to change the V:AE columns by first copying L:U as values and then entering your current month.

You can of course write or (record) a simple macro to do that for you. Don't forget the values copied need to be pasted as VALUES.

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
    Hope that helps.

Thanks for the help. This is simple enough. Amazing how some of the simplest concepts can elude a person!
